摘    要:以小麦品系0219-4为材料,探讨了培养基中不同浓度的CoCl2和AGP对小麦花药愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,培养基中加入0.025 mg/L的CoCl2对提高小麦花药愈伤组织的诱导率最为有效;在培养基中加入AGP有利于提高小麦花药愈伤组织诱导率,且随浓度的增加,诱导率呈线性提高。

Abstract:This study used a spring wheat line 0219-4 as test material to exploit the effects of different concentrations of CoCl2 and AGP on the induction of wheat anther callus.The results showed that the best induction rate of wheat anther callus is obtained at 0.025 mg/L of CoCl2 in the induction medium;and the addition of AGP to the medium is benefit for improving the induction rate of wheat anther callus,the induction rate is increasing linearly as the concentration of AGP increased.
