| 摘 要： | 立足甘肃水果产业的优势和问题,通过分析水果保鲜和采后商品化处理的现状,提出了甘肃省产地保鲜和采后商品化处理的建议:立足产地,发挥节能贮藏设施的作用;充分利用水果产区的自然冷源优势;推行改良节能贮藏设施;推广以MA为主的材料保鲜技术;逐步推广微型节能冷库技术;建立苹果采后商品化处理工作站.

| Abstract: | On the basis of advantages and problems of Gansu fruits production,analysis of present status and problems of fruits storage and post-harvest commoditization processing,some suggests for these are given: natural cooling-resource of fruits growing area should be fully utilized to bring energy-saving storage facilities into play.Moreover,it is necessary to carry out improved energy-saving storage facilities,import and spread storage techniques of modified-atmosphere functional package-materials as a major,extend techniques of mini-energy-saving refrigeration equipment,and establish work-stations of apple post-harvest commoditization processing gradually. |
