我国小麦航天诱变育种研究进展与思考

摘    要:航天诱变育种作为现代育种的一条新途径,以外层空间为诱变环境,在微重力、多种射线等复杂因素的作用下诱发植物产生突变,除具有提高突变率、变异较易稳定的特点外,还有生理损伤较轻、处理后代个体存活率高的优点,因此在植物育种中利用较多.作者综述了小麦航天诱变育种的研究概况,并对目前存在的问题进行了探讨,以期对今后我国小麦航天诱变育种工作有所启发.

Abstract:Space environment mutation breeding is one of the new ways in the modern crops breeding.Under the mutation circumstances in outer space,the seeds will be induced by the complex factors such as micro gravity,all kinds of beams.It has not only the characteristics of high rate of mutation and stability after the variation,but also the merits of the little physiology damage and the high rate of descendant survival.Therefore it has a wide application in the crops breeding.This article summarizes the study and development of wheat space environment mutation breeding in the world,and also discusses the issues about the space environment mutation breeding.It is expected that this study can contribute to the wheat space mutation breeding in China.
