| Abstract: | It is common that variation was observed in the potato Protoplast-derived plants,which involves many aspects.Such as agricultural trait variation,chromosome and morphology variation,resistance variation,and also some molecule variation.The origin and mechanism for the variation and its influence factors is also discussed here which suggest for potatoes protoplast regeneration may offer a new means of generating variability of potential use for crop improvement. |
