摘    要:试验观察了不同浓度的苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾在马铃薯脱毒试管苗快繁中的抑菌效果。结果表明,在MS培养基中加入山梨酸钾有明显的抑菌效果,且对试管苗的生长有明显的促进作用,其中以20 mg/L的用量效果最好。

Abstract:The bacteriostatic efficacy of different concentrations of sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in the process rapid propagation on virus-free potato plantlets were observed.The results showed that potassium sorbate being decanted in nutrient medium has obvious bacteriotatic effect and can significantly facilitate the growth of tube-seedling.The best effect is potassium sorbate of 20 mg/L.
