绵羊LHβ基因生物信息学分析

摘    要:利用生物基因组学数据库,对绵羊促黄体生成都(Luteinizinghormonebeta,£邵)基因进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,绵羊LHβ基因含有1个426bp的开放阅读框,编码141个氨基酸;LHβ蛋白分子质量为15.2KD,理论等电点为7.47;工邵编码产物的二级结构主要以β折叠和无规则卷曲为主,主要位于细胞质中,作为一种激素参与机体的生殖调控。

Abstract:This study aimed to bioinformatics analysis of sheep LH~ gene. The physicochemical characteristics, structures and functions of ovine LHβ were predicted and analyzed with software tools and database. Meanwhile, the phylogenetic tree of LHβ and related proteins was constructed, The results showed that the ORF of LHβ was 426 bp which encoded 141 amino acids. The sheep protein of LHβ was 15.2 KD in molecular weight, 7.47 in isoelectric point. The secondary structure of LHβ showed that it mainly constituted ofβ-sheet and coils, and important role in reproductive regulation as a hormone in cytoplasm.
