NaCl胁迫条件下马铃薯再生苗耐盐性研究

摘    要:将3个品种(系)的马铃薯试管苗在添加不同浓度NaCl的培养基上直接诱导分化成苗。对其耐盐性进行初步鉴定。结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,3个品种(系)再生苗的根系活力、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、SOD酶活性均呈现上升的趋势,其中L03-6品系的根系活力和脯氨酸含量均高于其余两个品种(系)。3个再生品种(系)的POD酶活性比对照下降,且3个马铃薯品种(系)对盐浓度的敏感程度存在差异。

Abstract:In this experiment, A production of potato varieties and plantlets of the three strains were selected, directlyinduce to differentiate into seedlings on medium containing different NaC1 concentrations, Preliminary identification of its salttolerance. The results shows as follows with the increase of salt concentration, the activities of root, SOD, Procontent, souble sugarcontent of potato appeared a rising trend. Which the root activity and proline content of LO3-6 were the highest compared with theother tree varieties. Compare with CK, the POD activity of Atlantic, LO3-1, LO3-6 were reduced. In this experiment four potatovarieties on the salt sensitivity presenced difference.
