氮磷施用量对全膜双垄沟播玉米叶片生理指标的影响

摘    要:研究了氮磷施用量对全膜双垄沟播玉米叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明,玉米全生育期叶片的可溶性糖含量随氮磷施用量的增加呈先升后降,而后略有上升趋势,大喇叭口期含量最高,除苗期外,其余生育期均以氮磷(1∶1,下同)施用量180 kg/hm2处理达最大值。叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量随氮磷施用量的增大呈明显降低趋势,但氮磷施用量240 kg/hm^2处理较210 kg/hm^2处理稍高;叶片脯氨酸含量随施肥量增加呈先升后降的趋势,氮磷施用量180 kg/hm^2处理达最大值。

Abstract:The effect of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer on physiological indicators of corn leaves for ditch sowing in double ridge mulched with plastic films was studis. The results shows that the content of soluble sugar of corn leaf with increasing amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer trends after the first lift was then increased slightly at the growth period,then rise slightly,it was the highest at large bell period,in addition to the seedling stage,the rest of the growing period are nitrogen phosphorus (1 : 1,the same below)fertilizer 180 kg/hm^2 treatment up to maximum. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus application rates were significantly lower trend,but nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer 240 kg/hm^2 treatment compared with 210 kg/hm^2 treatment slightly higher;the content of leaves proline increased with the amount of fertilizer to after elevating trend,nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer 180 kg/hm^2 treatment up to maximum.
