摘    要:研究了基本培养基、温度及PH对黄芪组织培养的影响.结果表明,最佳初代培养基和培养条件是1/2MS+1.5 mg/L NAA+15 mg/g蔗糖+2 mg/g AC,25℃,pH5.8;最佳继代培养基和培养条件是1/2 MS+0.1 mg/LNAA+30 mg/g蔗糖+2 mg/g AC,20℃,pH5.8.带顶芽的茎段...

Abstract:The effects of basic medium,temperature and pH on tissue cutture of Astragalus membranaceus Bge.was studied.The results showed that the optimum medium for the primary culture of sterile short shoot is 1/2MS + 1.5 mg/L NAA + 15 mg/g sucrose + 2 mg/g AC;The optimum medium for the subculture is 1/2MS+ 0.1 mg/L NAA+ 30 mg/g sucrose + 2 mg/g AC medium is the best for rooting of sterile short shoot with terminal bud;rooting rate of sterile short shoot with terminal bud is 85% in medium 1/2 MS + 1.5 mg/L NAA +15 m...
