播种深度对小麦抗寒生理的影响

摘    要:在黄淮地区冬季自然低温条件下,以4个不同抗寒类型的冬小麦品种为材料,测定了不同播种深度下冬小麦的抗寒生理指标。结果表明,在4 cm和6 cm播种深度下,抗寒性弱的品种细胞质膜透性和MAD含量低于抗寒性强的品种;在6 cm播种深度下,抗寒性强的品种SOD活性、Pro含量明显高于抗寒性弱的品种;在4 cm播种深度下,抗寒性强的品种POD活性高于抗寒性弱的品种。即在4 cm和6 cm播种深度下,小麦的抗寒性最强。从4个小麦品种SOD活性的变化看,京冬841的SOD活性明显高于其它3个品种。
