农家品种老芒麦抗条锈基因遗传分析

摘    要:采用常规杂交方法.以农家品种老芒麦与感病品种铭贤169杂交、自交、回交.获得F1、F2和BC1种子,选用水源14和条中32号生理小种单孢菌系,在1心1叶期用扫抹法接种进行苗期抗性鉴定的结果表明,老芒麦对水源14和条中32号在F2代的抗惑比分别为160:12、172:12,符合15:1的理论比例,F1及BC1进一步支持了这一结果,说明老芒麦对水源14和条中32的抗性均由2对豆性基因控制.

Abstract:Laomangmai,a native wheat variety with stripe rust resistance from Gansu,China,was crossed with susceptible cultivar Mingxian169 as the male parent.The F1 progeny was selfed to produce F2 progeny and backcrossed with Mingxian169 to produce BC1 progeny.In Lanzhou greenhouse,seedlings of the F1,F2,BC1 progenies and their parents were inoculated with the shui14 and CY32 of Puccinia striiformis respectively.The results indicated that the resistance in the Laomamhmai to race shui 14 and CY32 were controlled by two dominant genes.
