| 摘 要： | 用水煮醇沉法从中药板蓝根中提取板蓝根多糖,作为试验药物,观察其在Marc-145单层细胞上对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的作用效果.结果表明,在安全浓度范围内,板蓝根多糖体外对PRRSV具有较好的阻断和抑制作用,最小阻断浓度为2.094 μg/ml,最小抑制浓度为8.375 μg/ml.

| Abstract: | Indigowoad root polysaccharides was extracted from Radix isatidis by distilled water boiling and alcohol precipitation method and used as the medicine for porcine reproductive and respiration syndrome.The efficacy was indicated by the replication of porcine reproductive and respiration syndrome virus(PRRSV) on the Marc-145 monolayer cell.In the safe concentration scope,indigowoad root polysaccharides has a good in vitro blocking and inhibitory action to PRRSV,the minimum concentration of blocking being 2.09... |
