摘    要:利用稻草营养基质(稻草与土体积比2∶1,堆肥腐熟)及土壤在同一日光温室内进行黄瓜的连作栽培,研究营养基质栽培对黄瓜植株生长、土壤容重、pH及根区微生物区系的影响。结果表明,黄瓜种植到第9茬时,2个处理均表现出了连作障碍现象,但营养基质栽培发生的程度较轻,相对土壤栽培明显减缓了因连作导致的黄瓜植株生长减弱、土壤容重增加、pH下降、微生物总数及细菌数量减少等不良趋势,营养基质栽培对连作障碍的产生具有明显的延缓作用。

Abstract:Differences of plant growth,soil bulk density and pH and root zone microflora of cucumber planted in straw nutrition medium(soil and straw with volume ratio of 2∶1) and in soil for 9 crops in the same solar greenhouse were studied.Due to continuous cropping,the two treatments in crop 9 both displayed obstacles,such as slow growth,increase soil bulk density,decreased pH value and reduced microorganism and bacteria.However,the continuous cropping obstacle was less severe in the treatment with nutrition medium,which indicated that nutrition medium could alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle.
