摘    要:通过对峙拮抗与盆栽试验,进行了番茄内生细菌的筛选与初步鉴定,并研究了内生细菌对番茄青枯病的防治效果与促进番茄生长的作用。结果表明:从健康番茄植株体内分离获得了对番茄青枯病病原菌具有拮抗作用的内生细菌102菌株,初步鉴定该菌株为土生克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella terrigena);该菌株能在番茄植株体内定殖,对番茄青枯病室内盆栽防治效果达55.6%,并显著促进番茄植株生长,提高番茄产量。

Abstract:Strain 102 was isolated from the health tomato plants by pairing culture on PDA and the pot experiments.This strain was preliminary identified as Klebsiella terrigena,it could colonize and multiply inside tomato roots as well as move up towards stems and leaves.The test proved that it was able to promote growth of tomato plants and control effects.The result from the pot experiment indicated that strain 102 had control efficiency of 55.6% on bacterial wilt of tomato and could also increased crop yield by 15.4% compared with CK.
