| 摘 要： | 以苏淮白猪为材料提取RNA,比较异硫氰酸胍-酚-氯仿一步法与TRIzol试剂法提取RNA的效果.结果表明这2种方法提取的RNA经纯化之后均能够满足mRNA差异显示技术的需要,差别仅在于前者提取的RNA浓度稍高于后者,而后者更简便易行. |

| Abstract: | Longissimus muscle of Suhuai white pig was selected to compare the effect of extracting total RNA by the methods of guanidinium isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform one step method and the method of TRIzol.The result showed that RNA extracted by either method could suffice the requirement of DDRT-PCR analysis.The concentration of RNA with the method of guanidinium isothiocyanate-phenol-chloroform one step method was slightly larger than that by the method of TRIzol.The method of TRIzol is simpler and faster tha... |
