中草药添加剂对猪育肥性能和肉质的影响

摘    要:为了探索在育肥猪日粮中添加中草药对育肥和肉质性状的影响,选择杜长大三元杂交仔猪72头,分为4组,每组18头,公母各半,组内设3个重复、每个重复6头试验猪。试验1组和2组分别在基础日粮中添加不同成分的复方中草药添加剂,添加比例为2.00%;试验3组在日粮中添加100 mg/kg土霉素;试验4组是对照组,饲喂基础日粮。饲养100 d,测定试验猪生长育肥性状和肉质性状。结果表明:与抗生素组相比,添加2种中草药添加剂均可以显著提高日增重、肌肉大理石纹评分和眼肌面积(P<0.05),并极显著降低失水率(P<0.01),增加肌肉粗脂肪含量(P<0.01)。可见,饲料中添加中草药添加剂可以有效提高育肥性能,改善猪肉品质。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Chinese herb additives on fattening performance and meat quality of pigs.Seventy two crossbred piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were divided into four groups with three replicate for each group.Groups1 and 2 were fed with two different compound Chinese herb additives,respectively,and group 3 was fed with antibiotic additives(oxytetracycline).Control group were fed with basal diet.The percentage of the additive was 2.00%.Fattening performances and meat quality traits were recorded after slaughter.Compared to antibiotic group,Chinese herb feed additives significantly increased daily gain,marbling rating,loin eye area(P<0.05),and crude fat content(P<0.01),and decreased water loss rate.In conclusion,the diet added with Chinese herb additives can improve fattening performance and meat quality of pigs effectively.
