摘    要:以辣椒品种苏椒5号为试验材料,探讨了生物源脱落酸(ABA)提高辣椒苗耐盐性的效果及其对相关生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:ABA能有效提高辣椒苗的抗盐胁迫能力,在盐胁迫下,经ABA(5.0~40.0 mg/L)处理的辣椒苗株高和干物质增长率的减少程度明显低于对照(清水+0.5%吐温-20).经ABA(10.0 mg/L)处理能有效提高盐胁迫过程中辣椒苗叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和减缓丙二醛(MDA)的积累,促进辣椒苗叶片中的可溶性糖、脯氨酸、抗坏血酸(AsA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量大幅增加.
