摘    要:通过花粉管通道技术将慈姑蛋白酶抑制剂API(ArrowheadProteinaseInhibitor)基因转入棉花 ,获得了转基因植株。经对棉铃虫抗虫性鉴定和PCR、RT PCR、Southernblotting分析 ,证明获得了表达API基因的抗虫棉

Abstract:The gene for arrowhead proteinase inhibitor(API) was transferred into cotton plants by the pollen-tube pathway method,and transgenic cotton plant was resulted.After tests of resistance to pest insects and analyses of PCR,RT-PCR and Southern blotting,the transgenic plants were proved to have expressed the API gene and to be resistant to cotton bollworm.This is the first report so far concerning the pest-resistant transgenic cotton with the API gene.
