摘    要:为克服嗜水气单胞菌不同血清型对卵黄抗体免疫保护效果的影响,从嗜水气单胞菌中提取其主要致病因子Aer毒素和胞外蛋白酶(ECPase),验证其生物学活性,分别免疫蛋鸡。用辛酸-硫酸铵法粗提卵黄抗体,用间接ELISA法测其效价、鉴定抗体与不同来源嗜水气单胞菌主要致病因子的交叉反应。结果表明,抗Aer毒素和抗ECPase卵黄抗体效价最高分别可达1∶213和1∶212,与其他来源嗜水气单胞菌交叉反应性强。

Abstract:In order to avoid the inflence of serotyping of Aeromonas hydrophila on yolk immunoglobulin(IgY),Aer toxin and ECPase of Aeromonas hydrophila were extracted and identified followed by being immuned to layer chickens.IgY in egg yolks was separated with octoic acid-ammonium sulfate.Indirect ELISA was used to assay the titer of IgY and the cross-reactivity to different Aer toxins and ECPases from different sources.The titer of the IgY to Aer toxins and ECPase peaked at 1∶213 and 1∶212,respectively.Strong cross-reactions were showed between IgY and different Aer toxins or ECPases from other sources.
