| 摘 要： | 选用普通丝瓜(Luffa cylindricaRoem.)6个纯合自交系,按双列杂交设计配制15个杂交组合,对其13个农艺性状进行相关与通径分析。结果表明,结果数、单瓜重对丝瓜产量形成的直接作用最大,直接通径系数分别达到0.946和0.754。说明在丝瓜高产育种中,结果数和单瓜重可作为主要选择性状。

| Abstract: | The genetic correlation and path analysis of thirteen agronomic traits of luffa were studied on fifteen hybrids got by the fourth method of complete diallel cross based on six selected pure self-cross lines of luffa(Luffa cylindrica Roem.).The results of correlation analysis showed that very significant positive correlation were found between the yield of earlier stage,fruit weight,the number of fruits and yield.The results of path analysis revealed that the yield was affected mostly by two agronomic traits,the number of fruits and single fruit weight,with direct path coefficient 0.946 and 0.754,(respectively).Therefore,these two traits could be taken as main selection traits for high yield. |
