半乳糖对产蛋鹌鹑的卵巢毒性及牛磺酸的预防作用

摘    要:将120只5月龄产蛋日本鹌鹑随机平均分成4组,进行两个阶段的试验。第一阶段各组鹌鹑在正常饲料中分别添加A.对照(不添加牛磺酸和半乳糖);B.1%牛磺酸;C.10%半乳糖;D.10%半乳糖+1%牛磺酸;第二阶段各组鹌鹑在正常饲料中分别添加A.对照(不添加牛磺酸和半乳糖);B.1%牛磺酸;C.5%半乳糖;D.5%半乳糖+1%牛磺酸。记录各组鹌鹑产蛋个数、重量、采食量和死亡率。结果显示与对照组和牛磺酸组相比,10%的半乳糖(C组和D组)使鹌鹑产蛋量和采食量都显著下降(P<0.05)。半乳 糖处理9~10d后,C组鹌鹑几乎停止产蛋,且死亡率达 到20%,是其它3组(3.33%)的6倍多(P<0.05)。牛磺 酸对半乳糖引起的产蛋量下降有一定的延迟作用,且D 组鹌鹑的产蛋量始终高于C组。在第二个阶段,当半乳 糖含量降至5%时,C组和D组鹌鹑的产蛋量及采食量都逐渐提高。D组鹌鹑产蛋量的恢复速度显著高于C组(P<0.05)。在第二阶段试验结束时,D组鹌鹑的产蛋量和采食量几乎与A组和B组相等,这表明1%牛磺酸对5%半乳糖引起的卵巢毒性有很好的预防作用。

Abstract:The ovarian toxicity of galactose and the preventive effects oftaurine on the toxicity induced by galactose in egg-laying Japanese quail were investigated.120 five-month-old egg laying Japanese quails were randomly and equally divided into four groups.In the first stage,the diets for four groups were added with:A.control(without taurine and galactose);B.1%taurine;C.10% galactose;D.10% galactose+1% taurine.In the second stage,the diets were added with A.control (without taurine and galactose);B.1% taurine;C.5% galactose;D.5% galactose+1% taurine.Egg production including number and weight,food intake and mortality were recorded.Egg production (number and weight)and food intake were decreased strikingly after exposure to 10% galactose.After 9~10 d of 10% galactose treatment,the quails nearly stopped laying eggs and the death percentage increased to 20% which was six times the rate of 3.33% in the other three groups(P<0.05).The total food intake at the first stage in group C was just half of that in group A and group B.1% taurine had delayed onset of decreased egg production induced by 10% galactose,and the egg production in group D remained higher than that in group C throughout.In the second stage,when galactose was decreased to 5% in the diet,the egg production and food intake increased.Egg production in the group D recovered more rapidly than that in group C(P<0.05).At the end of the second stage,the egg production and food intake were nearly identical to those in group A and group B,showing that 1% taurine was effective on preventing the toxicity induced by 5% galactose.The data indicates:①Japanese quail is much sensitive to the toxicity of galactose,because galactose is not tolerated by quail when fed at 10 percent of the diet;②taurine is highly effective on preventing the ovarian toxicity of galactose;③further studies of the ovarian actions of galactose should take advantage of this novel animal model.
