摘    要:以弱筋小麦品种扬麦9号为试验材料,采用部分重复法进行播期、群体密度、肥料(氮肥、磷肥和钾肥)施用量以及追肥时期对产量和品质的影响效应研究。结果表明:所有试验因子都不同程度地影响弱筋小麦的蛋白质含量;氮肥施用量对产量和蛋白质含量影响最大,随氮肥施用量增加,蛋白质含量显著提高;返青期以后追施氮肥能显著提高蛋白质含量,8.8叶龄期追施氮肥对产量形成影响最大,10.1叶龄期施用,籽粒蛋白质含量最高,但增加磷肥施用量又能显著抑制蛋白质含量的提高;播期对籽粒产量和蛋白质含量起负向作用;群体密度大,钾肥施用水平高,能显著提高弱筋小麦蛋白质含量。

Abstract:Grain yield and protein contents of weak gluten wheat variety Yangmai 9 were studied by partial repeat design for sowing date,population density,fertilizer(nitrogen,potassium and phosphorus) rate and fertilization topdressing stage.Experimental factors affected the protein contents and grain yield of Yangmai 9 variously.Among those factors,nitrogen rate was the most effective.Protein contents of Yangmai 9 were raised significantly as the nitrogen rates went up.Regreening stage was the best time for protein contents increasing when topdressing nitrogen fertilizer at the same rates.8.8-leaf age was the most critical time for yield formation and protein contents reached the highest at 10.1-leaf age.Sowing date affected grain yield and protein contents negatively.High population density and potassium rates could significantly promoted protein contents of weak gluten wheat Yangmai 9.
