芥菜型油菜不同叶色叶绿素含量与冠层反射光谱的定量关系

摘    要:以绿色和紫色叶的盆栽芥菜型油菜为试验对象,分别于幼苗期和抽薹期测定其冠层高光谱和SPAD值,研究两者之间的关系。研究结果为:以绿叶型油菜原始光谱两特征波段和一阶导数光谱两特征波段构建光谱参数,其中基于DVI'(717,955)的线性和多项式模型拟合决定系数较高,分别达到0.429 8,0.453 5;以紫叶型油菜原始光谱两特征波段构建光谱参数,其中基于RVI(698,107 2)的指数模型拟合决定系数较高,达到0.425 3。研究结果表明,高光谱模型具有一定的预测精度,可为区域尺度油菜生长的快速、无损遥感监测提供参考。

Abstract:The potted Brassica juncea with green leaves and purple leaves were used as raw materials, the hyperspectral reflectance characteristics and SPAD were determined and the relationships between them were discussed.The results showed that constructed the spectral parameters by two characteristic bands of the original spectrum and the first derivative spectrum of the two characteristic bands from green leaf rape, based on DVI′(717, 955), the linear and polynomial model fitting coefficient was higher, reaching to 0.4298, respectively, 0.4535; used original spectral two characteristic bands of purple leaves type rapeto construct spectral parameters, which the fitting coefficientwas high and reached 0.4253 base on RVI (698, 1072) exponential model. The results showed that the hyperspectral model had a certain accuracy, which can provide a reference for the rapid and non-destructive remote sensing monitoring of regional scale rape growth.
