浓香型烤烟新品种适宜施氮量研究

采用大田试验的方法,研究施氮量对浓香型烤烟新品种经济性状、化学成分和感官质量的影响。结果表明:在不同的施肥处理中,NC297在3.75 kg/667m2处理时,产值最高,烟叶化学成分最为协调,感官质量最好;豫烟7号和Y101在2.5 kg/667m2处理时糖碱比、氮碱比和两糖比最高,而钾氯比则最低,两者在3.0 kg/667m2处理时产值最高,感官质量较好;KRK26因易感黑胫病,不适宜在豫中地区种植。但因试验当年5月份降雨量高于常年1倍,因此,平常年份可适当降低各品种的施氮量。

Appropriate Nitrogen Fertilizer Rate for New Full Aroma Style of Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties

The effects of different nitrogen fertilizer rates on economic characters,chemical components and sensory quality of new full aroma style of flue-cured tobacco varieties were studied through the field experiment.The results showed that among different fertilizer treatments,NC297 had the largest yield,the highest output value,the most coordinated chemical components and the best sensory quality in the treatment with 56.25 kg/hm2 of nitrogen;Yuyan7 and Y101 had the highest ratio of sugar to nicotine,the highest ratio of nitrogen to nicotine and the highest ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar,but the lowest ratio of potassium to chlorine in treatment with 37.5 kg/hm2 of nitrogen,and their output value and sensory quality were the best in treatment with 45.0 kg/hm2 of nitrogen;KRK26 is unsuited for plant in middle area of Henan province because it is susceptible to black shank disease.For the reason that the rainfall in May 2010 was twice above normal year,the nitrogen fertilizer rate for each variety in normal year should be reduced appropriately.
