宽叶薰衣草扦插繁殖的影响因素研究

摘    要:为了有效利用扦插技术在我国南方地区生产出优质的薰衣草苗,以薰衣草半年生枝条为试材,比较研究了不同基质、不同部位插穗及不同浓度的NAA和IBA(0、20、100、300、500、800 mg/L)对插穗苗生长的影响。结果表明:基质对扦插成活率及苗期生长有一定的影响,以②园土∶草炭土=9∶1为插壤时地下部分生长最好;③园土∶生物碳=9∶1为插壤时地上部分生长最好,在扦插时应选择稍部的插穗,用300 mg/L的IBA处理插穗苗期生长效果最佳,后期生长成苗效果最好。

Abstract:In order to effectively produce quality lavender(Lavandula latifolia Medik) seedlings in Southern China by using cutting propagation technology,six-month-old lavender branches from different parts of the same shoot were selected and used to investigate the influences of different substrates,cutting at different parts and different concentrations of NAA and IBA(0,20,100,300,500 and 800 mg/L) on growth of cutting seedlings.The results showed that substrate had certain influence on survival rate of cutting and growth of cutting seedlings in seedling stage;underground parts of cutting seedlings grew the best in substrate mixed by garden soil with turfy soil with ratio of 9∶1,while aerial parts of cutting seedlings grew the best in substrate mixed by garden soil with biochar with ratio of 9∶1;cutting at top part showed better results on growth than the other parts of shoot;the cutting shoots treated with 300 mg/L of IBA gave optimal growth in the seedling stage and the best effect on later growth of seedlings.
