EM浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以玉米品种农大108为试验材料,研究不同浓度EM(有效微生物群)稀释液浸种对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,筛选出玉米浸种用EM的最佳浓度。结果表明:EM浸种可提高发芽势和发芽率,促进玉米幼苗的生长发育,增加玉米幼苗株高和茎粗,增加玉米幼苗的叶面积;500倍EM稀释液是玉米浸种的适宜浓度。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of effective microorganism(EM) diluents on seed germination and seedling characters of maize variety Nongda 108 were studied in order to select the optimum concentration of EM for soaking maize seed.The results showed that seed soaking with EM can increase germination energy and germination rate,promote growth of maize,increase plant height,stem wide,leaf area and quality of maize seedlings.The 1/500 EM solution is the best concentration for soaking maize seeds.
