摘    要:研究了不同保温处理与喷施外源激素对大棚茶树新梢内源激素的影响.结果表明:喷施外源激素处理能够提高茶芽头赤霉素(GA3)含量;喷施混合外源激素明显提高了茶树新梢吲哚乙酸(IAA)的含量;保温措施和喷施外源激素都能降低脱落酸(ABA)含量;茶新梢玉米素ZT含量与茶园保温措施密切相关,喷施混合外源激素对新梢ZT含量无明显影响;新梢内源激素平衡GA3/ABA、ZT/IAA比值与茶芽萌发存在密切关系;喷施外源激素能提高茶芽各类内源激素,明显催促进茶芽萌发.

Abstract:Effects of different heat preservation methods and spraying exogenous hormones on endogenous hormones of spring tea shoots in plastic shed were studied.The results showed that spraying exogenous hormones can increase the contents of gibberellin(GA3) and indoleacetic acid(IAA) in spring tea shoots;the treatments of heat preservation and spraying exogenous hormones all could decrease the content of abscisic acid(ABA) in spring tea shoots;the content of zeatin(ZT) related closely to the heat preservation,but was not influenced by spraying exogenous hormones obviously;the ratio of GA3/ABA and ZT/IAA closely related to the bourgeoning of tea bud;spraying exogenous hormones can increase contents of endogenous hormones and hence promote the bourgeoning of tea bud obviously.
