| 摘 要： | 农业科研档案管理是现代科研管理工作的重要组成部分,是农业科研活动的重要环节。随着国家对农业科技体制改革的不断深化,农业科研档案收集、归档、流向等管理工作出现了新的问题。分析了当前我国农业科研档案管理中存在的问题及其原因,并提出了农业科研档案管理的创新思路。

| Abstract: | Management of agricultural scientific research files is not only an important component of management of modern scientific research,but also an important part of agricultural scientific research activities.With continuously deepening reform of agricultural sci-tech system,some new problems showed in the jobs of file collecting,file filing and file flowing trend.Therefore,the existing problems in present management of agricultural scientific research files in China and their causes were analyzed,and then some innovative thoughts and strategies were proposed. |
