| 摘 要： | 通过茯砖茶汤不同极性溶剂萃取部分对常见致泻菌的体外抑菌活性研究,筛选出茯砖茶抑菌活性部分。茯砖茶汤依次用三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇溶剂萃取后制备样品,用药敏纸片法测定各部分样品对大肠杆菌、沙门氏杆菌、溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、志贺氏菌6种常见致泻菌的抑菌效果。结果表明茯砖茶汤各部分样品对这6种致泻菌的抑制效果有明显的不同,三氯甲烷萃取部分及水层部分对致泻菌抑制作用不明显,乙酸乙酯及正丁醇萃取部分对6种致泻菌均有较强的抑菌活性,且乙酸乙酯部分的抑菌效果更好。

| Abstract: | The inhibitory effects of Fuzhuan Tea extractions on six common diarrheal Bacteria were studied.Fuzhuan Tea was extracted by chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol in turn.By using disk-diffusion method,the samples’ inhibitory effects were investigated.The results showed that different extractions of Fuzhuan Tea had different effects on the six common diarrheal Bacteria.The samples extracted by chloroform and the water extracts almost did not inhibit the growing of the diarrheal Bacteria.The samples extracted by ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol showed obvious activation antibacterial activity,and the inhibitory effect of the ethyl acetate extraction was more remarkable. |
