烤烟打顶前后烟株钾素及有机物含量变化特征的研究

摘    要:以K326为试验材料,研究了打顶前后各叶位烟叶不同组织中钾素和其他有机物的含量,了解烟叶成熟过程中钾素的运输、分配和积累规律及其他有机物代谢过程的影响。结果表明:打顶前,各部位烟叶的钾含量表现缓慢上升,打顶后,各部位烟叶钾含量大幅下降;在整个成熟期,支脉的烟碱含量高于主脉,打顶对烤烟各叶位的主脉、支脉、烟茎烟碱含量影响不大;打顶前,烟株各器官还原糖含量逐步升高,打顶后,还原糖含量继续上升,80~90 d时各器官还原糖含量开始回落;打顶后,上部叶和下部叶非还原糖含量急剧上升,中部叶含量大幅下降,打顶后20 d,大部分器官非还原糖含量开始回落。

Abstract:The K326 was taken as the test material.Through comparison of potassium content and other organic matters content in different tissues of tobacco leaves at different positions before and after topping to understand the laws of transport distribution and accumulation of potassium during mature process of tobacco leaves and the effects of it on metabolic process of other organic matters.The results indicated that before topping,the content of potassium in each position of tobacco leaves increased slowly,but after topping,the content of potassium in each position of tobacco leaves sharp decreased;in whole mature period,the content of nicotinamide in venule was higher than that in primary vein,and topping had little influences on contents of nicotinamide in primary vein,nicotinamide and stem of tobacco at each position;before topping,the content of reducing sugar in each organ of tobacco plant increased gradually,after topping,the content of reducing sugar continually increased till it dropped in 80~90 d;after topping,the content of non-reducing sugar sharp increased in upper leaves and lower leaves and sharp decreased in middle leaves;20 d after topping,the content of non-reducing sugar in most of organs started to drop.
