| 摘 要： | 通过对1971～2006年春季不同月份对信阳市主要农作物水稻、小麦、油菜、茶叶等造成危害的低温、连阴雨发生时间、发生频率进行统计分析,对其危害程度进行评估并划分危害等级,提出有针对性的综合防御技术。 |

| Abstract: | The occurrence regularity including occurrence time,frequency of low temperature and continuous rain were statistically analyzed,which damaged to main crops such as rice,wheat,rape and tea in spring from 1971 to 2006.The harm degrees were evaluated and harm grades were determined,ultimately its preventive strategies were presented. |
