| 摘 要： | 概述了生长素，细胞分裂素和脱落酸3类植物激素在草坪草离体培养中的功能，重点综述了草坪草高羊茅愈伤组织诱导、继代、分化及再生苗生根等组织培养各阶段植物激素的应用现状，分析了目前存在的问题并提出了展望。

| Abstract: | The funcation of Auxin,cytokinin and abscisic acid in tufgrrass tissue culture was reviewed. It focused on the current application of plant hormone in Callus inducing culture,Callus secondary culture ,Differential culture and Rooting culture in tissue culture of Tall Fescue.The problemes were summarized and the strategy for the future research was proposed. |
