岳阳市蔬菜农药残留现状分析及防控对策

2007年对岳阳市大型蔬菜批发市场、农贸市场、生产基地及超市中6大类57种蔬菜农药残留情况进行了定点监测。结果表明,农药残留超标集中在7～9月份,生产基地和超市的叶菜类蔬菜超标最严重,豆类其次,超标农药的主要成分为甲胺磷。对岳阳市蔬菜农药残留原因进行了分析,并提出了蔬菜无公害生产和安全蔬菜供应的控制措施。

Analysis of Pesticide Resides in Vegetables and Control Measures in Yuayang

Pesticide residues in 57 sorts of 6 kinds of vegetables in wholesale marketplaces,retail marketplaces,veg-etable bases in Yueyang city were detected during 2007.The results showed that most of pesticide residues in vegeta-bles focus on July to September,the pesticide residues of leafy vegetable from manufactory base and supermarket ex-ceeded the standard seriously,secondly for beans,and the main composition of over standard pesticide residues was methamidophos.According to above analysis,the reasons and current situation of the existing of pesticide residues in vegetables were discussed,and some measures to control the pesticide residues in vegetables were put forward.
