不同基质对烤烟和油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

采用漂浮育苗的方式,以生长过烟苗的基质和新基质为试验材料,以云烟87和湘油15号为供试品种,研究了烤烟根系残留物对烤烟和油菜种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:无论基质灭活与否,生长过烟苗的基质对烟草和油菜在发芽势、发芽率、鲜干重、根长、芽长方面均有明显的抑制作用。而灭活的基质对烤烟和油菜的种子萌发有促进作用,对烤烟根长和干物质的积累有促进作用,对其他性状表现为抑制作用。

Influences of Different Matrixes on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Tobacco and Rape

By using floating system to nursery seedlings and using tobacco planted matrix and new matrix as experimental materials to study the influences of waste matrix of tobacco on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco Yun 87 and rape Xiangyou No.15.The results showed that whether matrix sterilized or not,the tobacco planted matrix had obvious inhibiting effect on germination potential,germination rate,fresh and dry weight,root length,shoot length of tobacco and rape,while the sterilized matrix promoted the seed germination of tobacco and rape,and also promoted the root length and dry matter accumulation of tobacco,but inhibited other traits.
