不同遮荫度下茶树生理生化特性的研究

摘    要:2009年春季,在与果树问作的茶园中选取遮荫度为15%、30%、50%的茶树,以其相邻的未遮荫茶树作对照,研究了不同遮荫度下茶树的生理生化特性,旨在为复合茶园构建中遮荫度的合理设置提供理论依据.研究结果表明:遮荫能促进茶树新梢提早萌发,对新梢叶数量无显著影响,但芽重和鲜叶产量都有所提高;遮荫茶树呼吸强度均有所下降,因而净光合强度提高,进而增加鲜叶产量;遮荫茶树的茶多酚含量下降,其氨摹酸、咖啡碱含量则有所提高,使得酚氨比变小,水浸出物含量提高,有益于改善绿茶的品质,且50%遮荫较15%和30%遮荫更适于茶树的生长发育.品种对茶树生理生化特性均有影响,所以在对茶叶产量和品质进行评价时,应考虑品种的差异性.

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical characters of tea-phnts with different shading degree were researched by selecting tea-plants with shading degree of 15%,30% and 50% in teagarden that interplanting with fruit-tree in the spring,2009,and then compared with their neighbering tea-plants that were not shading.The results showed that shading could promote tea-plant germination earlier and improve the seedling weight and yield of fresh-leaves,but it had no significant affecting on leaf amount of new shoot;the respiratory intensity of shading tea-plants all decreased,which lead the net photosynthetic intensity increased to increase the yield of fresh-leaves;the tea-polyphenol content of shading tea-plants decreased,but the contents of amino acid and theine increased,so the ratio of polyphenol and amino acid Was low,but the contents of water soluble matters increased,which benefit to improve the quality of green-tea;the shading degree of 50% was more suitable for the growth of tea-plants than shading degree of 15% and 30%.The tea variety has a certain affecting on the physiological and biochemical characters of tea-plant,so when evaluating the yield and quality of tea-leaves,the variety difference should be considered.
