黄草乌采收期及初加工工艺研究

摘    要:为选择适宜的黄草乌采收时间和最佳初加工方法,分析了不同生长时期黄草乌干物质积累和有效成分含量变化规律及不同加工方法对黄草乌中有效成分含量的影响。结果表明:9月下旬至10月上旬黄草乌块根基本停止生长,根鲜重和根干重均达到最大值,黄草乌中各有效成分含量也较高。除了采收期外,黄草乌中有效成分含量还受加工过程中碱浓度、蒸煮时间、切片与否,以及干燥方式的影响,最佳的初加工方法为黄草乌切片后在50℃条件下烘干,再采用0.5%~1%的碳酸钠煮10 min。

Abstract:To select suitable harvest time and preprocessing method of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom., we analyzed the accumulation of dry matter and changes of effective components content of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. in different growing periods, and effect of different preprocessing method on the content of effective components. The result showed that the root of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. stopped growing, both fresh weight and dry weight of root reached a maximum, and it also has a high content of effective components when the harvest time was in the end of September to early October. In addition to the harvest time, the content of effective components in Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. was also affected by alkali concentration, boiling time, slice or not and drying method during processing, The best preprocessing method of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. was sliced and drying at 50 ℃, then boiling by 0.5%-1% sodium carbonate for ten minutes.
