| 摘 要： | 培育职业烟农是解决"谁来种烟"问题的根本出路,烟农的职业化评价定级是发展趋势。文章分析了烟农评价的主体、客体、评价方式和内容,并设计了湘西烟农评价体系,以便科学评价烟农。

| Abstract: | Train and educate the professional tobacco growers is the fundamental way out for solving the problem “who will grow tobacco”, occupation evaluation grading of tobacco grower is the development trend. The subject, object, method and content of the evaluation was analyzed, and evaluation system about tobacco growers in Xiangxi was designed, so as to evaluat tobacco growers scientiifcly. |
