摘    要:高光谱技术广泛应用于无损检测、品质预测及生长情况监控等方面。为找出不同含油量油菜叶片光谱特性及其差异规律,以含油量不同的甘蓝型油菜近等基因系为材料,采用Field Spec3地物波谱仪对不同生育期油菜叶片光谱进行研究。结果表明:含油量高低会影响叶片叶绿素含量,含油量较高的油菜叶片叶绿素含量较高。各生育期的三种油菜叶片具有相同的反射光谱曲线变化趋势。不同生育期不同材料间反射率数值也有一定差异,该研究结果可用于早期筛选高油油菜。

Study on Spectral Characteristics of Different Growth Stages of Different Oil Content Rape Leaves
Abstract:Hyperspectral technology was widely used in non-destructive testing, quality forecasting and growth monitoring, etc. In order to find the law of difference in different spectral characteristics of rape oil content leaf, this study used different oil content rape (Brassica napus) near-isogenic lines as materials to find out the law on the leaves spectral characteristics of different development stages by FieldSpec3 spectrometer. The results showed as follows: the level of chlorophyll content was effected by oil content, and high oil content of rapeseed leaf with a higher chlorophyll content. There were three kinds of rape leaves had show the same reflectance spectroscopy trends, while there have some differences between them on different development stages. This study could be used for screening high oil content rape on early stage.
