适合2JC-600B嫁接机育苗的西瓜砧木筛选

摘    要:以近几年推广应用的8个砧木品种为材料,以西瓜品种早佳8424为接穗,通过比较子叶夹角为60°、90°和180°的各品种砧木的嫁接成活率,筛选出适合2JC-600B嫁接机育苗的西瓜砧木品种。结果表明:砧木子叶夹角越大嫁接成活率越高,8个品种中以强砧1号砧木子叶夹角180°的嫁接成活率最高,为94.13%,适合嫁接机育苗。

Watermelon Rootstock Screening for 2JC-600B Automatic Grafting Machine
Abstract:Taking 8 rootstock varieties as materials, and Zaojia 8424 as scion, using 2JC-600B automatic grafting machine, the survival rate of each species rootstocks were calculated under different cotyledon angles of 60°, 90°and 180° at grafting time of different rootstocks. The results showed that the bigger of grafted rootstock cotyledon angle, the grafting survival rate is higher. The angle of the grafting stage of the 8 varieties are different, among them, the “Qiangzhan No. 1” has most quantity of cotyledon angle of 180°, and grafting survival rate is the highest (94.13%), which is suitable for seedling grafting machine.
