新化县水稻“压单扩双”瓶颈及发展对策

简述了新化县双季稻生产情况,分析了当前制约水稻"压单扩双"的瓶颈,即双季稻种植效益偏低、农业生产劳动力缺乏、全程机械化操作较难和高产稳产栽培风险大,从加大行政推动力度、合理规划种植区域、整合农业项目资金、培育新型经营主体和强化技术服务等方面,提出了推进水稻"压单扩双"的发展对策。

Bottleneck and Development Countermeasures of Rice“Reduce Single and Expand Double” In Xinhua County

This paper briefly described the situation of double cropping rice production in Xinhua County, analyzed the current constraints of rice “reduce single and expand double” of the bottleneck, namely double cropping rice in low efifciency, lack of labor force in agricultural production, the whole process of mechanization operation was dififcult, risk in high and stable yield cultivation, in order to promote the development of “reduce single and expand double” of rice, the development strategy was put forward from the aspects of increasing the administrative impetus, rational planning the planting area, integrating the funds of agricultural projects, cultivating the new management main body and strengthening the technical service.
