| 摘 要： | 提取加拿大一枝黄花净油与黄酮类物质，进行抑菌试验。结果表明，其种子的植物净油含量为2．25％，对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌都有抑菌效果，但对金黄色葡萄球菌效果较好。干根的异黄酮浸膏为11．04％，对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌效果，但对大肠杆菌无抑菌效果。

| Abstract: | The essential oil and isoflavone ointment from Solidago canadertsis were extracted to conduct the antifungal activity of Solidago canadertsis. The total contents of essential oil were 2.25 % in the seeds. The essential oil had more inhibitory effects on ATCC6538 than on ATCC8099 .The contents of isoflavone ointment were 2.47% in the roots. The isoflavone had inhibitory effects on ATCC6538, but had not inhibitory effects on ATCC8099. |
