高产优质甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种沣油520的选育

沣油520是湖南省作物研究所选育的甘蓝型中熟偏早杂交油菜品种，由PolCMS细胞质雄性不育系20A与恢复系C3R配制而成，2009年通过国家农作物品种审定。该品种产量高、熟期早、品质优。在长江中游区油菜区试中，平均产量2515．0kg／hm^2，比对照增产6．67％。在长江中游区油菜生产试验中，平均产量2431．7kg／hm^2，比对照中油杂2号增产15．01％。芥酸含量O．15％、硫苷含量24．63μmol/g（饼），含油量41．91％。抗逆性强，适应性广，适宜长江中游区及邻近各省种植。

Selective Breeding New Variety of High-yield and Quality B. napus Hybrid Rape -Fengyou 520

Fengyou 520 is a variety of B. napus hybrid rape with early-mid maturity selected by Hunan Crop Research Institute, which crossed by Pol cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) line 20 A and restorer line C3R and certified by China National Crop Variety Approval Committee (NCVAC) in 2008. This variety has many good characters, such as high yield, early maturity and good quality, whose average yield reached 2 515.1 kg/hm~2 in rape regional test in the middle Yangtze River Area, and it increased by 6.67% compared with control; whose average yield reached 2 431.7 kg/hm~2 in rape production test in the middle Yangtze River Area, and it increased by 15.01% compared with control -Zhongyouza No.2. The erucic acid content, glucosinolates content and oil content of Fengyou 520 were 0.15%, 24.63μmol/g (rapeseed meal) and 41.91%, respectively. Fengyou 520 also has strong stress resistance and wide adaptability, which suit to plant in the middle Yangtze River Area and adjacent province.
