| 摘 要： | 以不同花色（AM、红色、粉红色）木芙蓉品种为试材，进行了特征显色反应和紫外-可见光谱扫描分析。结果显示：木芙蓉不同花色的色素由类黄酮和类胡萝卜素两大类组成，不含有查尔酮、噢哜、橙酮等；白色花仅含有黄酮类化合物，红色和粉红色花主要由花色素苷和黄酮类化合物组成。

| Abstract: | The different flower colors (white, red and pink) Hibiscus mutabilis eultivars were taken as experimental materials, and the specific color reactions and UV-visible spectra scanning were performed. The results indicated that flower pigments in different flower color Hibiscus mutabilis mainly consist of flavonoid and carotenoid, excluding ehalcone, anrone, and cateehin, etc.; white flower Hibiscus mutabilis only contains flavonoid compounds; red and pink flower Hibiscus mutabilis mainly consist of anthocyanin and flavonoid compounds. |
