| 摘 要： | 通过对水产品供应链的特征和管理现状的分析,提出了基于供应链的水产品质量安全控制机制,此控制机制对渔业水域环境监测、产品生产、运输、加工和销售等一系列活动都实施监督和控制.对危害环节进行危害识别、评估、预防和处理,并对危害环节进行监控和信息反馈,以此对控制机制进行完善.最后从信息收集、信息共享、协调各部门发展和优化合作伙伴等方面探讨我国水产品质量安全控制机制建设需要重点解决的问题.
