| 摘 要： | 中低水平的催乳素（Prolactin，PRL）具有促进禽类产蛋或卵泡发育的功能，而就巢时高水平的PRL对禽类繁殖活动具有抑制作用．文章通过家禽生产实际、国内外相关研究报道以及自身的研究结果，充分探讨了PRL对禽类卵泡发育的促进作用，并对其中的可能机制和当前国内外的研究现状进行了论述．

| Abstract: | In birds,the low-level Prolactin was found to be of effect on promoting the follicle development and laying in studies on the reproduction regulation mechanism.High-level of Prolactin incubation inhibited the reproductive activity.The promoting function of Prolactin on the follicle development in birds was discussed by showing the facts in poultry production,domestic and foreign related research reports and the authors' research results,and the possible inherent mechanism and the current related research status were described. |
