多效唑对绿萝的生理学效应研究

摘    要:采用多效唑溶液处理观叶植物绿萝,可使绿萝植株矮化、紧凑、美观,徒长现象得到有效地抑制。多效唑降低了绿萝叶片的生长量,但在叶柄累积了淀粉粒,虽抑制了叶绿体的发育,但同时提高了叶片叶绿素含量和降低了气孔阻力,使光合速度和光合/呼吸比率提高。

Abstract:Scindapsus aureus potted plants were treated with growth retardant paclobutrazol aqueous solution. After treatment , they exhibited dwarf , compact form and better performance. Meanwhile vegetative growth of S.aureus was significantly inhibited. Paclobutrazol treatment reduced fresh and dry weight of S.aureus leaves , but caused the petioles to accumulate starch grain. Paclobutrazol treatment inhibited the development of cholroplast. Additionally, it improved chlorophyll content and lowered stomatal resistance ; thus it increased photosynthetic rate and the ratio of photosynthetic rate to respiratory rate.
