摘    要:用不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2溶液瓶插月季(Rosa chinensis Jacq.)切花,依据瓶插寿命和外观品质得以浓度为0.1g/L的Ca(NO3)2瓶插液效果最佳。观测于此浓度Ca(NO3)2处理液中瓶插的月季切花的有关外观形态品质和生理化指标,结果表明:与对照(蒸馏水)相比,Ca(NO3)2处理可使月季切花花枝硬挺、蓝变时间延迟,观赏期延长2d;此外,该处理还具有保持月季花枝鲜重、延迟花瓣质膜相对透性增加、延缓花瓣中蛋白质降解及维持花瓣中还原糖含量相对稳定等生理效应。

Abstract:In whole cut flowers of rose ( Rosa chinensis Jacq. cv. Bellamie), 0.1 g/L Ca(NO 3) 2 treatment markedly delayed shrivel of petals and wither of flowers. The treated flowers stayed turgid and the vase-holding life was two days longer compared with untreated flowers. Further studies showed that Ca(NO 3) 2 treatment could increase the fresh weight of cut flowers. Relative permeability of petal plasma membrane, which is a reliable indicator of petal membrane senescence, was retarded in Ca(NO 3) 2 treated flowers. Ca(NO 3) 2 treatment also increased the content of soluble protein and stabilized the level of reducing sugar in petals.
