植物快速繁殖中存在的问题与对策

植物快速繁殖技术中普遍存在着内源菌污染、褐化现象、遗传不稳定性、玻璃化现象、株型控制和均匀性等问题对植物材料进行预栽培管理和预处理将有助于减少褐化和污染,提高培养成功率对内源菌污染的表现与危害,褐化的原因与影响因素,遗传稳定性的影响因素,芽增殖中的玻璃化现象成因,丛芽的株型控制问题和均匀性问题分别进行了讨论,并提出了相应的对策或解决措施

PROBLEMS AND THEIR COUNTERMEASURES DURING IN VITRO PROPAGATION OF PLANTS

In vitro propagation of plants, there were many questions such as endoparasitic pollution, borwning phenomenon, genetic instability, vitrification, buds dwarfing and evening. The pretreatment of source plants could be helpful to decrease browning and pollution of explants. The phenomenon and harm to explants of endoparasitic pollution, the mechanism and influencing factors of browning, the influencing factors of genetic stability, the cause of vitrification, the questions of buds dwarfing and evening were reviewed and discussed respectively, and their corresponding countermeasures or resolving methods were also given in this paper.
