摘    要:以植物病原真菌荔枝霜疫霉菌(Peronophthora litchii)、稻瘟菌(Magnaporthe grisea)和香蕉炭疽菌(Colletotrichum musae)为供试菌,对采自湖南湘西地区的9种植物甲醇提取物的抗真菌活性进行了测试.结果表明,在0.01 g/mL的条件下,荔枝草(Salvia pleseian)提取物对荔枝霜疫霉菌菌丝生长的抑制率为84.16%,对稻瘟菌和香蕉炭疽菌的抑制率也分别达到74.86%和64.84%;对稻瘟菌抑制率较高的植物分别是豆薯子(Pachyrhizus erosus)(90.41%)、荔枝草(74.86%)和泽漆草(Euphorsia helioscopia)(66.32%).

Abstract:Nine plant species were collected from west of Hunan,and were tested for antifungal activity.The plants were dried,ground and then extracted with methanol.The dry extracts were tested for inhibition of mycelial radial growth on PDA plates containing the plant methanol extracts.The final tested concentration of all plant methanol extracts was 0.01g/mL.The tested plant pathogenic fungi were:Peronophthora litchii,Magnaporthe grisea,andColletotrichum musae.The results showed that the inhibitory rate in methanol extract ofSalvia pleseiantoP.litchiwas 84.16%,and that toM.griseaandC.musaealso reached 74.86% and 64.84%,respectively.The methanol extract ofPachyrhizus erosusexhibited a higher inhibitory activity a-gainstM.grisea(the inhibitory rate was 90.41%),followed byS.pleseian(the inhibitory rate was 74.86%) andEuphorsia helioscopia(the inhibitory rate was 66.32%).
