红掌抗热性研究初探

摘    要:通过不同浓度的6-BA、GA3、SBN(苯甲酸钠)处理32℃高温胁迫下的红掌叶片及苞片,发现三者均明显降低了细胞膜透性并提高POD活性及花青素含量。三者的最佳浓度分别为5,20和50mg/L。

Abstract:Effects of different concentration 6-BA, GA 3 and SBN on Anthurium leaves and spath under high temperature stress were stuied. Results showed that three medication could all decrease cell membrane permeability and increase POD activity and anthocynidin content. The best concentration of 6-BA, GA 3 and SBN were 5 mg/L,20 mg/L,50 mg/L respectively.
